The education department’s program will deliver nearly 30 schools annually with a pipeline estimation of up to £3bn over the next 4 years. A new framework has been split between a £2bn program of major secondary school projects & a £1bn pipeline of small-scale primary schools and also secondary school blocks.

London Oxford Street revamp is to be added together by J Murphy & Sons and the Carey Group, the project worth is £150m. The agencies will kick-start the plan with £150m of funding over 3 years. McLaren gets go ahead for 17-floor Leeds office project
