Costain Welsh road project faces over budget and delay

Costain Welsh avenue task in Wales is dealing with an over-price range of £100m and greater than two years of delay. The new Welsh Government estimates are showing an 8KM street stretch from Gilwern to Brynmawr, which would cost around £321m, as a result now it can’t be finished by using 2021. Welsh Government has asked a £100m boom in the budget because of design changes. Initially, paintings were expected to be completed by means of September 2018, but now it is able to reach spring 2021.
